seconds

It takes only a few seconds and a few words for someone's life to change, either it's for good or for bad. Our whole life is made of mistakes and returns, yet we never seem to learn. We end up going down to the same hole as before and we end up commiting the same mistake. We let ourselves connect to one's heart so it can have the same ending as what happened before. It's strange.. we can't correct ourselves, can we? I wonder.. is this what they call "the cycle"? Yeah, maybe it is.. a never ending cycle of mistakes, cries, pain and smiles.. Yes, smiles.. because we weren't only made to suffer.. even when suffering, we must have enough strength and guts to smile to what's making us suffer.. Not only that, we must be sure that she, he or it is smiling aswell. Anger.. that's a feeling that shouldn't belong in our heart, even if it's stronger than us.. there's always something stronger out there, trying to protect us and trying to get rid of the pain we have.. is it love? Perhaps. But we don't know that.. not until we have enough guts to keep up to what we say we want to do and finish it. Or else.. we'll be trapped on that never ending cycle to the rest of our life.. love.
